Domestic Shipping & Production

Each Suss piece is knit to order in Los Angeles.

Please allow 4–7 business days for production before shipment (unless specified for a specific product drop). Orders may ship sooner when possible.

Ready-to-ship items are dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Once an order has been dispatched, Suss Knits is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and secure at the time of checkout.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

International Shipping

We proudly ship internationally.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address may be subject to additional shipping charges before they can be resent.

International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes or import fees required by their destination country.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timelines and customs processing are outside of our control. We are always happy to assist with locating a shipment, but cannot guarantee carrier transit times or customs delays.
