Terms of Service

By accessing or purchasing from Suss Knits, you agree to the following terms.

Products & Production
All Suss Knits pieces are made to order in Los Angeles. Please allow 4–7 business days for production before shipment. Production times may vary slightly depending on demand.

Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, production may have already begun and cancellations are no longer guaranteed.

Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only.

Once an order has been dispatched, Suss Knits is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers are responsible for providing a secure and accurate shipping address.

If an issue arises with delivery, we encourage customers to reach out and we will do our best to assist on a case-by-case basis.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Returns & Store Credit
We accept returns for store credit only. Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be returned in original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. Returns that do not meet these requirements may be declined.

Custom or modified items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Items purchased with store credit are final sale.

Store credit is valid for 90 days from the date of issue.

Accuracy of Information
We strive to ensure all product details, measurements, and images are accurate. Slight variations may occur due to the handmade nature of each piece.
